Tazebao

This blog born to offer a valuable instrument to face the high cost of living that in these difficult days imposes lot of families to remodulate their budget to survive.

Especially bread,  a not renounceable primary good, has seen his price climbed to levels so high that consumers started to think to autoproduce it as they was used to do long time ago.

Usually in the supermarket the quality of bread is really poor, produced with industrial methods, partially cooked, freezed, delivered to the points of sale, defrosted, recooked and sold.

This is really too much.

In this situation, has the bread machine the potential to become not only economically but also qualitatively competitive?

Reading this blog you will learn that with the correct know-how you can reach greater quality at a fraction of the cost of the poor bread sold on most supermarkets.

Stay tuned!

Grazie grazie troppo buona,
